摘要:本文对我国白酒发酵过程中微生物多样性的不同研究方法及特点进行阐述,着重介绍分析了不同的研究方法在我国白酒微生物多样性研究中的应用现状及优势,并对以后的研究方向进行展望,旨在为我国白酒微生物多样性的深入研究提供参考。

Abstract:In this paper, different research methods and it’s characteristics of microbial diversity in liquor fermentation process in China were described, focusing on the introduction and analysis of different research methods in the study of microbial diversity of Chinese liquor, the application status and advantages of the application, and prospects for future research directions, aiming to provide reference for the in-depth study of the microbial diversity research of Chinese liquor.
